We have implemented a sustainable approach to minimize waste and overproduction in our operations. Instead of printing t-shirts in advance, we have adopted an on-demand printing system. This means that we only produce t-shirts when an order is placed on our webstore, reducing the likelihood of excess inventory and waste.
In addition to reducing waste, we have also opted for direct-to-garment (DTG) printing method. This method utilizes less ink and minimizes the release of toxic fumes into the environment, compared to traditional printing methods.
